Marketing Strategies for your Luxury Real Estate Development

Will is responsible for providing creative leadership for our partners. His responsibilities include market research, product positioning and creative direction for the brand standards that become an integral part of the success of any project.

Critical to this process is running interviews and charettes leading to the "BrandView" document used by the development and creative teams to clearly articulate the target markets and the reasons they will likely respond to the suggested positioning of the product. After the initial creative positioning is complete, it is then up to Will to ensure quality and consistency in the message across all channels in order to achieve the highest response rates to any marketing initiatives put forth on behalf of our partners.

With a collegiate career that led to six years in the National Football League and possible future invitation to the Hall of Fame, Will is active in local youth sports programs and continues to pursue public speaking related to youth achievement. In addition, Will sits on the Distinguished Alumni Board (English) at Virginia Tech as well as the board for The Lone Star Circle of Care which provides affordable healthcare to the underinsured in Williamson County.
