As our VP of Business Development and Golf Club Consultant, Gary brings more than 25 years of golf real estate management, sales and development experience to the IF team. Gary's expertise in golf community management is crucial to our growing Golf Club Consulting Services, helping clubs develop programs that increase their market presence and drive membership sales. Among Gary's most notable clients is Victoria National Golf Club, a stunning Tom Fazio course in Newburgh, IN that's currently ranked #22 in the Golf Digest "Top 100 Greatest Courses."

Gary's experience with high end real estate and golf developments ranges from Florida, to Texas, to the mountains of Virginia and Tennessee. Most recently, he served as General Manager for Marsh Landing Country Club in Ponte Vedra, FL, a gated golf course community of 1000 homes ranging from $450k to over $6 million. He has served as VP and General Manager for several successful companies and developments, including a commercial and residential builder specializing in golf course projects in San Antonio, and lakefront resort and golf communities in Virginia and Tennessee.

Not surprisingly, Gary is also a terrific golfer - serving as a head PGA Professional early in his career, he has now competed in 4 of the last 5 USGA Senior Amateur Championships.
