Chuck Dennis, Sales Director

Chuck Dennis is a Sales Director and a licensed real estate professional in Texas and South Carolina.  Chuck has led sales teams at Cimarron Hills, Cascadas de Manzanillo, Briar’s Creek and Reverie on the Ashley.

At Briar’s Creek, 15 months prior to Chuck being hired in March 2007, the project had no new recorded sales.  Through 2007 and early 2008, despite a serious decline in the economy, our Chuck’s was able to increase home and land values while generating 22 new buyers totaling more than $16M in sales.

Chuck’s work with Cascadas de Manzanillo centralized and managed sales operations between Minneapolis, MN, Georgetown, TX and Manzanillo, Mexico, resulting in an average sales price over $200,000 per homesite, up from $80,000 the prior year.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ball State University and is active in his community as the President of the James Island Youth Soccer Club and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Charleston Collegiate School.
