One of our favorite assignments is to help a client birth a completely new project, and IF has been an integral part in the vision behind Cielo Falls. In addition to our branding and marketing services, IF provided extensive market research and development consulting services, providing strategic insight for the development of community amenities, styling and services including the development's push to the forefront of green development in the Blue Ridge.
Our advertising targeted major markets for resort and second-home communities in the Blue Ridge, including Charlotte, Miami and Washington DC, among others. Local ads and signage in Boone and Blowing Rock helped develop a sense of awareness among potential buyers living or vacationing in the area. Each placement featured custom phone numbers and integrated landing pages where buyers could request information and learn more about Cielo Falls.
