The Golf Club at Briar's Creek had proven itself among the Top 100 courses in America (in both Golf Digest and Golf Magazine), but they leveraged IF's expertise in luxury real estate marketing to help boost the club's release of estate homesites. Competing with the established brand popularity of neighboring Kiawah Island, we determined what Briar's Creek needed most was to create awareness for their superior offering of private golf and homes on Johns Island.
