IF Development Principal Speaks on Internet Marketing Strategy to Georgetown Realtors

Internet marketing expert instructs on importance of strong web presence

Robert Cowes, IF Development Principal and Internet Marketing expert, spoke today at the "First Friday Lunch & Learn Series," sponsored by Home Source Mortgage and LandAmerica Austin Title in Georgetown.

Over 50 realtors from Georgetown and Austin were on hand to learn more about the important factors and qualities that go into developing a strong web presence. Cowes' presentation, titled "Internet Marketing 101," covered website design, search engine marketing, e-mail campaigns, and the importance of developing and maintaining a customer database. A major focus of Cowes' presentation dealt with the increasingly important process of developing a website that will rank well in popular internet search engines, focusing specifically on the complex process needed to earn a top spot in potential homebuyers' internet searches.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of search engines and internet marketing, Cowes is a key advisor in developing strong, user-friendly website designs and layouts, e-campaign strategy and design, and database management for all IF Development clients.
