IF Development to Deliver Integrated Marketing Solutions to Three New Real Estate Clients

Cascadas de Manzanillo, a master-planned luxury second and vacation home community, enlisted IF Development for brand development, new product launch via a series of on and off-site sales events, traditional and Internet marketing services, and bilingual marketing services that includes the launch of both an English and Spanish Website for the property. Cascadas de Manzanillo is expertly designed by world-renowned architects Gomez Vazquez Aldana & Associates and is located on 530 acres of lush mountain terrain overlooking beautiful Santiago Bay. The development is fast becoming one of Mexico's hottest selling development properties.

CK Ranch, a master-planned primary vacation and retirement community developed by SLR Design, engaged IF Development to provide brand development, product strategy and launch, marketing programs, and sales management for this new property with spectacular views overlooking Lake LBJ. The community is a multi-use development with residential and light retail, and includes 490 home sites to help meet the demand for second homes in this high growth area of the Texas hill country.

US Properties, a developer of estate homes and luxury condominium communities, signed IF Development as its agency of record and to provide sales and marketing management programs for two of its newest developments.
