IF Development Delivers Strategic Marketing Services Leading to Successful Builder Priority Selection Event for Emerald Falls Golf & Country Club

IF Development, a marketing solutions company, today announces that Emerald Falls, a master-planned community located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, partnered with IF Development as its agency of record to provide integrated marketing programs that build awareness among builders and buyers for the family adventure community.

Emerald Falls, with its 800 home sites, is designed to be the premier, master-planned family community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Targeted specifically to the new family lifestyle of incorporating home with weekend family adventures, careful and strategic planning went into the development of this exciting new community to provide all of the amenities a family needs to enjoy both home and fun, including, 18-hole championship golf course, country club, swimming pools, internet café, state-of-the-art fitness facility, greenbelt hike and bike trails, tennis courts, kids clubs, and fishing ponds.

Emerald Falls, LLC., engaged IF Development to help them with marketing support for the entire development project, including coordinating with land planners and local builders and facilitating the marketing strategy of the community. As part of the marketing strategy, IF Development provides brand development, product launch strategy and execution, and collateral design and production.

The successful planning and marketing design provided by IF Development, helped Emerald Falls to launch and complete its first Builder Priority Lot Selection Event during which the developers took 106 priority reservation deposits for home sites and 52 priority reservation deposits for patio sites from local builders. IF Development coordinated the entire event, including the development of the pricing, special packages for builders, sales center, and marketing.

IF Development will continue to act as the agency of record for Emerald Falls, providing a variety of traditional and Internet solutions, including cross-sale solutions utilizing its proven database marketing solution, Intra-Site to help sell the remaining home-sites to builders and the public.
