IF Development and Ginny's Printing Receive the 2005 Graphic Excellence Award

IF Development today announced that they have received the 2005 Graphic Excellence Award for their work with Ginny's Printing on the Cimarron Hills Golf & Country Club brochure. Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast, Inc. and Printing and Imaging Association of MidAmerica presented this prestigious award.

Cimarron Hills, a private country club community in Georgetown, Texas, utilizes the 16-page brochure as its hallmark marketing piece for prospective homebuyers. Quantifying its award-winning look is the brochure's front and back cover, which has the look of thick aged leather. Further enhancing the cover's appeal is the embossed logo. Opening the brochure reveals two varieties of paper - the first and last pages parchment-like, the main pages glossy and substantial. The brochure's main pages consist of full-page color photographs with opposing pages a subtle off-white with descriptive writing and insets of club members enjoying various recreational and leisurely activities. It is a very appealing brochure with sophistication, but with simplicity of layout and design.

The overall design of the booklet portrays Cimarron Hills as the premier country club community in the Austin area.
