CIMARRON HILLS TEES OFF WITH NEW MARKETING TECHNOLOGY PARTNER
IF Development, a marketing software and services solutions provider, today announced that Cimarron Hills, a private country club community development, has successfully implemented Intra-Site, the integrated Smart Enterprise Suite of web-based applications that helps business and member based organizations manage communications and customer relationships. The Intra-Site database was installed in less than four days at Cimarron Hills and included a data import from its previous database. The product has been live to the Cimarron Hills community since late September and has had positive results, according to Garth Chambers, developer of the Cimarron Hills community. "Intra-Site has given our executive management team a complete overview of the sales activities as well as the ability to make more informed decisions based on data that is now accessible 24/7 in the office or from any web connection."
Following the installation of the Intra-Site database, on January 1, 2003 Cimarron Hills launched its new website, developed by IF Development. In collaboration with the website launch, Cimarron Hills deployed an HTML e-mail campaign to clients, prospects, and realtors announcing the new website. After the distribution of the HTML e-mail campaign, the new website experienced a significant increase in visitors; going from its previous average of 10-15 unique hits per day to 4,700 unique hits in one day as well as receiving four new leads the first day the site was live.
